Two satchels attach to a shoulder harness which leaves both hands free and distributes the weight evenly. The carrier can maintain weight distribution by simply switching or transferring bundles from satchel to satchel to balance the load. This system eases the weight load upon the neck, shoulders and back. The satchels can be shed quickly in an emergency.
